Over 30 years ago, Mon began to build Wig Properties out of his home, and developed his own software to manage every property developed. Mr. Wig's philosophy is to focus on one development project at a time, hold onto his properties after development, stay local, and manage every property in-house to ensure it receives maximum attention and care. Mr. Wig received a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from North Carolina State under a full salary fellowship from Corning.



Anjali is a partner at Wig Properties. Ms. Wig graduated from Harvard University with an MBA and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine in June of 2007. She manages new properties for Wig Properties and also evaluates the potential for new developments.



Leshya is a partner at Wig Properties and leads the development of mixed use and retail projects. Ms. Wig has worked in real estate development for over 10 years at companies including Colliers International, IDS Real Estate Group, and Blake Hunt Ventures. While at Wig Properties, Ms. Wig has led the development of 230K SF of retail property, and during her tenure at IDS Real Estate Group, she managed in excess of 500K SF of industrial and office properties. Ms. Wig holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and psychology from Claremont McKenna College.

Gregory Edwardson


Gregory joined Wig Properties in 2011 and currently oversees physical maintenance and construction on existing properties. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential build outs, serving as construction superintendent for a wide variety of tenants including Lane Bryant, Payless ShoeSource, Godfather's Pizza, Jay Jewelers, and Ritz Cameras. He is well known for his ability to identify and resolve issues on existing or initiated projects that have failed to meet owners' needs and expectations.


Lucas Edwardson

Property Maintenance Technician

Lucas joined Wig Properties in 2019 from Hutch-Con Construction. He brings a wealth of knowledge from his 10 years of commercial and medical construction and painting for a wide variety of tenants, including Providence Centralia, Harrison HealthPartners (now CHI Franciscan), REI, Taco Time, and Colombia Bank. Lucas is a Pierce County Native.

David Krueger


David came to Wig Properties in September of 2014 from PS Commercial Properties (a division of Public Storage). While at Public Storage, he managed the leasing and property management of all retail, office and flex space locations in the Western half of the United States. As the Director of Leasing for Wig Properties, he overseeing all lease activities for our properties. David has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Pacific Lutheran University and has been actively involved in commercial real estate for 15+ years. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Sammamish, WA.

Linda Gray


Linda started with Wig Properties in April of 1997 and is a Construction Accountant and Property Manager. She is the lead accountant on all new developments. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington.

Dane Robbins


Dane first joined Wig Properties in 2010 as an intern. As Property Administrator, he plays a vital role on the administrative side of maintenance for our existing properties, supports accounts payable, ensures day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, and uses his problem solving skills to support all other aspects of the company. Dane holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Washington.

Chris Siedler


Chris came to Wig Properties in 2016 with several years of experience as a Senior Buyer. Chris analyzes financial data for shopping centers, hotels, and developing properties. He also supports all operational activities within Wig Properties including system management for an internally developed property management and financial software system. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Washington State University.

John Taffin

Managing Director of Hotels

John joined Wig Properties in 2018 with over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He has served as General Manager of various full service hotels in the western states, working with brands from Doubletree to Holiday Inn, Radisson, Red Lion, and Hilton. He most recently led the Hilton Garden Inn in Waikiki, HI through a $115M redevelopment and repositioning, culminating in the GM of the Year award in 2016. He is known for strategically managing financial, market share, and operational performance, while building brand and owner relations.

Betsy Wilson

Accountant and Leasing Coordinator

Betsy joined Wig Properties in 2015 in the Accounting Department supporting lease administration, construction management, common area maintenance reconciliations, and other projects. She previously worked for CBRE Global Corporate Services on the Microsoft account as Global Lease Administration manager, at Integrated Real Estate LLC, and at Cushman and Wakefield as Asset Services Financial Manager. Betsy holds a RPA designation, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Linfield College.
